If you would like a refund or an exchange, we must receive the original wind chime, in the original packaging within 60 days. Your funds will be refunded minus the shipping charges.

If you would like a refund or an exchange after 60 days, you will be refunded the price of the wind chime minus shipping charges and the payment processing fee that we incur.
