All of the Corinthian Bells wind chimes are metal wind chimes constucted from powder coated anodized aluminum. The color of the powder coating determines the color of the wind chime. The T206 comes in 6 designer colors: green, patina green, copper vein, midnight blue, black and black spectrum.
This metalic wind chime is tuned to the key of A. Even though this is the smallest Corinthian Bells wind chime, it still has a fullness and clarity of sound that is truly amazing.
Specifications:
The T206 windchime weights 3 pounds and is 29 inches in length from the top of the suspension ring to the bottom of the bottom weight. Refer to the parts diagram above for clarity.
This Corinthian Bells windchime consist of 6 anodized aluminum tubes suspended from a crown piece. Each tube is 3/4" in diameter. The shortest tube is 10 3/8 inches long and the longest tube is 14 3/4 inches long.
The crown piece is shaped like a hollow frisbee. It is 7 inches in diameter the crown width (see part diagram) is 1 1/2". This is also made of anodized aluminum. Therefore, the overall dimensions of this wind chime is approximately 29" long and 7 1/2" in diameter. This is, of course, before it moves.
The wooden clanger disc (the piece that hits the tubes) is a horizontal black wooden disc. It is 3/4" thick and 3 1/2" in diameter.
The bottom weight
which is
connected to the clanger
disc via black twine and is a flat sheet of aluminum 4 1/2" in
diameter and only 1-2 milimeter thick.
Because
the
Corinthian Bells wind chimes are made from powder coated anodized alimunium,
they are extremly durable. I have owned mine for over 4 years. During this time,
I have never taken them down. They still look
and sound as beautiful as the day I got them.
Even though this is the smallest Corinthian Bells wind chime, it still is of the
best quality and sound and would make an excellent gift.
